Distributor and Reseller Manager – CEE (SK)

Are you interested?
Key Responsibilities:
You will be the driving force in the CEE region. Your tasks will involve identifying and selecting new distributors and resellers, maintaining relationships with existing partners to ensure efficient cooperation, and achieving success for both parties. You will develop and execute sales strategies to expand the distributor network and generate revenue. Regular reports and analyses on sales performance and the status of the distributor network will be prepared for the management.
Requirements for the Position:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in distributor and reseller management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

You are known for your determination and your ability to overcome challenges

Creativity and proactivity in discovering new business opportunities are your strengths
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Willingness to travel within the CEE region (approximately 25% monthly)

Proficiency in English and Slovak languages is a must have. Hungarian language is preferred.

Interest in software development and technical affinity

Convincing personality
You have an advantage if you have a regional network in the construction industry, especially in real estate segment.

You will collaborate with condominium developers, contractors, and designers, seeking new projects and opportunities in addition to existing relationships. You will develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue. Regular reports and analyses on sales performance will be prepared for the management.
